3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Voice Credits and Payment

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are measured in voice conversation minutes
• Credits are purchased as one-time payments
• Credits do not expire once purchased
• Refunds are available under our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice to users

5. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your experience at SalaryCoach.ai. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a fair, pro-rated refund policy.

How Pro-Rated Refunds Work

If you request a refund, we will calculate the amount based on your actual usage:

• We track the number of minutes you've used from your purchased credits
• We refund you for any unused minutes on a pro-rated basis
• For example: If you purchased 30 minutes for $10 and used 10 minutes, we'll refund $6.67 (the cost of the remaining 20 minutes)

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on unused minutes only
• Minimum refund amount is $1.00 (refunds under this amount will not be processed)
• Free trial credits are not eligible for refunds

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at admin@salarycoach.ai with your account email and reason for the refund. We typically process refunds within 5-7 business days.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SalaryCoach.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. 8. AI-Generated Content

Our AI coaching provides guidance and suggestions, but should not be considered professional career advice, legal advice, or guaranteed outcomes. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions based on the coaching received. Results may vary, and we make no guarantees regarding salary negotiation outcomes.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We may record and analyze voice conversations to improve our AI models and service quality.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific results from using our Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SalaryCoach.ai, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Unused credits may be forfeited upon account termination for violations of these Terms.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SalaryCoach.ai and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
